Use this page to understand how Aerogela reviews new supplier, manufacturer, distributor, laboratory, and service-provider listings before you start the actual submission form.
Submit a new listing if
- Your company is not yet listed on Aerogela.
- You represent a manufacturer, distributor, lab, or service provider relevant to the aerogel supply chain.
- You can provide an official website and verifiable business details.
Use Claim Listing instead if
- Your company already has a profile on Aerogela.
- You want to avoid creating a duplicate listing.
- You need your existing profile linked to an official representative.
What to prepare
- Official company name and website
- Core category: producer, distributor, equipment/materials, or research/service
- Main products and application fields
- Country/location coverage
- A short, factual company description
- A business email on your company domain whenever possible
Editorial review standards
- The business must be relevant to aerogel materials, equipment, distribution, testing, or R&D services.
- The website must be live and attributable to a real organization.
- Marketing claims may be trimmed or rewritten for consistency and clarity.
- Incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable submissions may be rejected.
How the process works
- Create an account or sign in.
- Complete the listing submission form.
- Aerogela reviews the submission for fit, quality, and duplication.
- Approved listings are published or refined before publication.
Typical review time: 2–5 business days depending on verification complexity.
