Verification Policy
This page explains what Aerogela means by Verified and how that label differs from standard editorial review.
Meaning of the Verified label
Verified is a directory trust label used to indicate that a listing has received a higher-confidence confirmation signal than a normal editorially reviewed profile.
Possible verification signals
- An approved Claim Listing workflow tied to the listed organization
- Direct confirmation from a business representative
- Matching public business details and internal review records sufficient for stronger confidence
What Verified does not mean
- It is not a guarantee of product performance, creditworthiness, legal compliance, or business reputation.
- It is not a substitute for your own technical, procurement, legal, or supplier due diligence.
- It does not mean Aerogela has audited a factory, laboratory, financial statements, or certifications unless explicitly stated elsewhere.
How a listing may lose verification
- Claim ownership changes or cannot be maintained
- Public information materially conflicts with prior verification signals
- The website or core business identity becomes unclear, inactive, or misleading
